Skies of Arcadia - Shadow of the demon fleet

"Autonav systems offline, cooling systems offline... I'm just lucky I managed to take that bastard down... So far so good, arrived ahead of them, now just to find out where I am..." The young woman who had just pulled off the fight helmet mumbled to herself as she patted the side of her ship, despite having a ship that could fly for days before needing to stop the anomaly had been rough on it. Hopping back into the cockpit she went through a systems check, she'd be able to lift off soon and find some place to set down.


"Anyone who can hear this, this is Pilot 1st class Excelia Feril of the fifth expeditionary fleet...." Dead air was all she got as there was no signal to be had, however she had to trek to the crashed opponent she managed to take out above the floating landmass. No oceans beneath her and the land that floated was unnerving, and the style of ships here were strange. However after an hour of resting and gathering what supplies she could she loaded them into the emergency compartment and took off.


Once back in the air the agile craft was zipping through the skies again, though almost out of ammo and not sure what this place was she was unsure of what she could get. If there was nothing to be had , she would have to find someone who could manufacture some for her. However she had taken a hit that would need repairing and the did have somethings that looked valuable or like currency that she had stashed. Now was the time for exploring, so that she could evade her former commanders once they arrived and began their plans. Allies and friends were not going to be easy, especially if they saw who she had come ahead of...

A big ship was flying through the air and noticed her ship of the port, "Captain...there's a ship out there." Vyse said, "I'll go aboard and talk to whoever is on board...but first send out a communication signal..." The girl on board saluted, "Aye Aye..."

"This is the Blue Rogue Ship Delphinus to unknown vessal...please answer this communication signal."

Something came through which surprised her, the answer was not right away as she kept distance and noticed the radar signature was larger than last time and they were obviously not interested in fighting. The answer when it came was cautious, for good reason as well. "Never heard of your fleet before, what nation do you owe allegiance to? Pilot first class Excelia Feril and this is the Raven Mk 2, do you intend on opening fire like the last person did?" She replied as she came closer so that she could visually inspect this vessel, and as she did she made passes by each side before settling off the bow a safe distance.

"Is every ship here an archaic flying relic?" Was the last thing she said before she went silent, and watched the gauges to make sure nothing was wrong. If they allowed her to land she saw no real spot to set down, and to boot it looked like the kind of ship that she once knew sailed in water and not the sky. However she knew it was talk or fight, and fighting she would lose as the Delphinus was far superior to the one she managed to shoot down.
